distribution4web guarantees you that the products on this site will be without defect at the time of their delivery and that spare parts will be available within 30 days after the delivery.

Our guarantee does not cover: (i) damage caused by the installation, the utilisation or modifications of the parts (ii) damage due to an external cause or a cause beyond control. 

Indeed, if you are not satisfied with the bought articles, you can return them in the thirty (30) days following the date of purchase. You will be refund if they are not damaged and if they are return in their packing of origin with a proof of purchase.

The expenses of return (transport) are the responsibility of the customer.
